RevFolio ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Email address when you sign up or sign in.
Vehicle data: Cars you add to your garage, purchase prices, mileage, photos, and watchlist items you enter.
Usage data: App interactions to improve the service.
Push notification tokens: If you opt in to notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the RevFolio Service.
To calculate portfolio valuations and market insights for your vehicles.
To send price alerts and digest notifications you have opted in to.
To manage your subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Vehicle photos are stored in Supabase Storage. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

RevFolio uses the following third-party services:

Supabase — database and authentication
Apple Sign In / Google Sign In — authentication
RevenueCat — subscription management
Expo / EAS — app delivery and push notifications

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Profile screen in the app or by emailing hello@revfolio.ai.

7. Children's Privacy

RevFolio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
